Deputy Director of the Agriculture & Rural Committee of the NPC Chen Guanguo, Party Group Secretary and Executive Chairman of CICCC Long Yuxiang, members of the Agriculture & Rural Committee of the NPC Li Denghai, Liang Heng, deputies to the National People's Congress Ma Qiaozhen, Yang Qin accompanied the journey.

      During the trip in Jiangxi, member of the provincial Party standing committee, secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Director of the provincial Standing Committee of the People’s Congress, the First Secretary of the provincial military command Su Rong attended and hosted the report-back meeting, associate governor Yao Mugen reported the agricultural law enforcement in Jiangxi, Deputy Director of the standing committee of the Provincial People’s Congress Chen Daheng accompanied the inspection.

      Isma’il Tiliwaldi fully recognized the achievement of agricultural enforcement in Jiangxi at the report-back meeting. He pointed out that the NPC has been attaching great importance to agriculture and rural development. Agricultural law enforcement inspecting forms a great proportion of the agenda of the NPC standing committee. The purposes of the inspection are for one, to comprehensively inspect agricultural and rural development and to research into major issues that concern the overall situation and general interests. In so doing, the work team intended to identify the problems and make preliminary suggestions for the higher level to consider. The inspection aimed to bring back the actual situation of Jiangxi to related national bodies, so that to put farmers; true desires into policies and laws. To carry out effectively the agricultural law, to protect effectively the farmers’ interests and to accelerate a balanced development of agriculture and rural areas thus are the responsibility of the party and governments of different levels. Isma’il Tiliwaldi emphasized that the Central Committee, the NPC, the State Council always attaches great importance to the farmer, the rural areas and agriculture. They have been regarded as the most important task among all responsibilities. The law is the basic means through which the Party and the State take command of the agricultural and rural development. To fulfill the task, it requires adequate policies and laws, especially the enforcement of those policies and laws.

      Long Yuxiang exchanges his views on the subject with leaders, saying CICCC and China Charity Project Committee will stand firmly to support the educational development of poverty-stricken areas in Jiangxi and other regions. The two will further pay more attention to lives of the farmers and to agricultural development, so that to boost up the its advancement national wide.

     The work team visited Nanchang, Jian’an(Jinggang Mountain), Ruijin, Ganzhou, holding seminars, listening into reports, going deep into grass-root level, to land, to household in the rural area to carry out on-the-spot investigation.
